Why we do this

We believe that small business is the heart of our economy, and it’s our mission to provide affordable marketing to our fellow small business owners. DDM Web specializes in: inbound marketing, social media marketing, print design and brand identity.

We believe that we have a moral obligation to work hard and offer the best services within our capabilities. We understand that DDM Web will only succeed through honest business practices.

Diana Bone – Owner

I strategize with clients, design social media content, email campaigns and other marketing materials. I like the creativity and versatility of internet design; developing concepts for clients, and producing a product that exceeds expectations. Prior to digital marketing, I worked as a Business Development & Training Manager in the real estate industry and Sales & Marketing Manager in the event planning industry. I hold an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker License – although I do not sell real estate. Most of my spare time is spent with my hubby Pete & our dog Loki.

Pete Bone – Sales Manager

Pete is our sales account manager. He’s the one who knocks on doors for the business. Pete is also a retired Police Officer & and all around great guy!

Jacqueline Connor – Graphic Designer

I discovered my love for the visual arts early, doing crafts and drawing as a child then taking as many art courses as I could through high school. From there, I attended Illinois State University where I graduated from the School of Art with a BA in Graphic Design .In my free time I enjoy cooking, live music, exploring Chicago restaurants and running.

Mara Hawks – Graphic Designer

Originally from Chicago, Mara Hawks’ background includes writing ‘word picture’ stories for newspapers and newsletters, designing promotional materials, and two years of developing creative teaching materials for primary grades. She has a master’s degree in humanities from Naropa University. When away from her desk, she enjoys her grandkids, musical instruments, and singing with an international chorus.

Emma Basdeckis – Blog Writer

Emma Basdeckis is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Creative Writing. She does freelance editing and writing work. She enjoys baking, drawing, and writing with friends in her spare time. She’s happy to help take your blog to the next level!
